Rocky Mountain Treasures sends SMS text notifications to team members for
account and workflow alerts (email-approval notifications and assistant
updates from our internal email system).
How we obtain consent (verbal opt-in):
Before adding a team member’s mobile number, we read them the following and
record their agreement (name, mobile number, and date):
“This is Rocky Mountain Treasures. We’d like to send text messages to the
mobile number you’ve provided for account and workflow notifications —
email-approval alerts and assistant updates from our email system. Message
frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may
apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Do you agree
to receive these text messages from Rocky Mountain Treasures at this number?”
